Application documents

Once you have submitted an online application, please upload the following documents in Omnivox according to your situation. An incomplete admission file may result in a delay in the evaluation of your application, or in cancellation. All documents must be clear and legible copies in English or French and must include your 7-digit student application number.

  • APPLICANTS FROM QUEBEC HIGH SCHOOLS

    Birth certificate: You must provide your original long-form birth certificate showing both your parents’ names, along with an official translation if the original is not in English or French.

    Certificate of Eligibility (CoE): You do not need to provide your CoE as our admissions office can review your status through the ministerial system.

    French proficiency test results:

    • If you attend an English high school in Quebec but do not have a Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) and are not taking the course Français langue d’enseignement, you must complete a French proficiency test and submit the results to the College.
    • If you are applying to the Arts and Sciences program (even if you have a CoE) and are not taking the course Français langue d’enseignement, you must complete a French proficiency test and submit the results to the College.

    Letter of intent: Applicants for the Winter 2026 term must provide a brief letter of intent no longer than one page, explaining their reasons for applying in Winter, their academic or personal activities during their time away from school (if applicable), and their motivation for attending Marianopolis.

    Transcript / Report cards: If you attend Marie de France, Stanislas, the Kahnawake Survival School or any high school that does not transmit grades through SRAM, you must submit your Secondary IV and V report cards.

    IF YOU WERE BORN OUTSIDE QUEBEC

    Proof Quebec residency: You must also provide proof of Quebec residency, such as your Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or a parent/guardian’s RAMQ card.

    IF YOU WERE BORN OUTSIDE CANADA

    Proof of Canadian citizenship or permanent residency: You must also provide your Canadian Citizenship Certificate or Permanent Residency Card.

  • APPLICANTS FROM CANADIAN HIGH SCHOOLS

    IF YOU ARE ATTENDING A CANADIAN HIGH SCHOOL OUTSIDE QUEBEC

    Birth  certificate: You must provide your original long-form birth certificate showing both your parents’ names, along with an official translation if the original is not in English or French.

    Proof of Quebec residency: You must provide proof of Quebec residency, such as your Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or a parent/guardian’s RAMQ card, if applicable.

    Transcript / Report cards: You must submit your high school transcript or report card and provide a copy of your high school diploma upon graduation.

    French proficiency test results: If you do not have a Certificate of Eligibility (CoE), you must complete a French proficiency test and submit the results to the College.

    Math course topics: If you are applying to a program with Science or Math, you must submit a document that describes the Math topics covered in your high school courses, accompanied by an official signature or seal from the school to confirm its authenticity.

  • APPLICANTS FROM INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS

    IF YOU ARE ATTENDING AN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OUTSIDE CANADA

    Birth certificate: You must provide your original long-form birth certificate showing both your parents’ names, along with an official translation if the original is not in English or French.

    Transcript / Report cards: You must submit your high school transcript or report card and provide a copy of your high school diploma upon graduation.

    French proficiency test results: You must complete a French proficiency test and submit the results to the College.

    English proficiency test results: If you have completed less than three years of studies in English, you must also complete an English proficiency test and submit the results to the College.

    Math course topics: If you are applying to a program with Science or Math, you must submit a document that describes the Math topics covered in your high school courses, accompanied by an official signature or seal from the school to confirm its authenticity.

    Proof of Canadian citizenship or permanent residency: You must also provide your Canadian Citizenship Certificate or Permanent Residency Card.

    IF YOU ARE NOT A CANADIAN CITIZEN NOR A PERMANENT RESIDENT OF CANADA

    Certificat d’acceptation du Québec (CAQ): If you currently have a CAQ from the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration du Québec, please upload it. You will need a CAQ to attend the College. You may apply for one after receiving your “Letter of Acceptance for New International Students.” Find out how to apply for the CAQ.

    Canada Study Permit: If you currently have a study permit from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, please upload it. A study permit is required to attend the College.
